Thirty students from the College of Business (CB) at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) received the Outstanding Internship Award for their excellent performance in the Business Internship Practice course. A tea reception was held on 11 January to present the awards.The reception was attended by students in the course, representatives of the partnership companies, Professor Yan Houmin, Dean of CB, Professor Dou Wenyu, Associate Dean (Undergraduate) of CB and faculty members of CB. For the students, the University and partnering companies, the event was a great opportunity for communication and strengthening relationships.
Last year, 43 companies participated in the course and provided 124 students with real working experience in a local or overseas context, which enhanced their professional development and personal growth.
